Stephen E. Wilson
Senior Pastor
Steve became Senior Pastor of Greeley Wesleyan Church in November 1991. Over the course of his ministry the church has grown from a congregation of 350 to a congregation with worship attendance in excess of 1800.
Over his 30+ years in ministry Steve has had the privilege of pastoring five churches; working as part of the administrative team at United Wesleyan College, being an adjunct professor at Bethany Bible College; serving on a variety of District and Denominational boards; travelling and speaking to believers on three different continents.
Steve’s passionate about: 1) teaching the Word of God in a way that enables people to know and grow in their relationship with Christ; 2) encouraging and equipping Christian workers to serve more effectively.
Rev. Wilson graduated from United Wesleyan College with a B.A. in Theology and from Indiana Wesleyan University with a Masters in Ministry Leadership.
Pastor Steve and his wife Rebecca were married on April 8, 1978. They have two grown children (Heidi and Christopher) and one absolutely adorable granddaughter (Rachel Marie)!
Paul Gilbert
Director of Assimilation and Adult Small Groups
Paul joined the staff of Greeley Wesleyan in 2004, bringing a blend of ministry and business experiences to GWC. Paul previously pastored churches in Colorado, California and Arizona and served for four years as the District Superintendent of the Arizona/New Mexico District of the Wesleyan Church. Paul also worked as a Regional Director in the Call Center Industry working closely with Fortune 500 Companies, such as Sprint, Verizon, Bank of America, and the United States Postal Service among others. Paul and his wife Lynn, have six children between them, and eleven wonderful grandchildren.
Nancy Buckingham
Director of Children's Ministries
Pastor Nancy has served as Director of Children's Ministry here at Greeley Wesleyan Church since August of 1995. She has over 25 years of experience in children's ministry and has served for the past six years as District Director of Children's Ministry for the Colorado/Nebraska District. Pastor Nancy is also a member of the Children's Ministry Cabinet of The Wesleyan Church, which serves as a leadership team for the Wesleyan denomination. She attended Bartlesville Wesleyan College and is currently working on the completion of her ordination degree. Pastor Nancy is passionate about sharing Jesus' love with children, so that they may come to know Him, personally, at an early age. She is married to Clay, a police detective, and they have three teenage daughters, Emily, Amy and Abby.

John Plastow
Director of Worship Arts and Community Relations
Pastor John has been a part of the GWC staff for the past three years, coming to us following an 18-year ministry in Sacramento, California, where he served as executive pastor of worship for a church very similar in size and scope to GWC. Prior to that, John served in Southern California in many capacities, including as a staff member for several churches and a consultant to virtually dozens of others. John is a published script writer for various gospel publishers and has been a popular speaker at many church music and arts conferences. His education includes a Master of Science degree in organization and management with a specialization in leadership, B.A. degrees in music and theatre arts plus a ministry license. John writes a weekly blog, All Things Leadership, and works with various academic institutions as an adjunct faculty member and course designer. He has a passion for investing in future leaders, high energy worship, outreach events, and bringing together God’s people in order to accomplish great things for the Kingdom of God. He and Karen have been married for 34 years and have three children, John, Melody, and Heather, all of whom are very involved in worship arts ministry activities. John’s favorite thing to do is feed people and his hobbies include cooking, landscaping, and hosting large gatherings with lots of people and food! He also really loves Christmas.

Alisha Ethridge
Director of Communications and Creative Arts
Alisha joined the church staff in 2004, bringing 10 years of experience in IT, Telecommunications and Graphic Arts. In addition to leading the PowerCrew team which consists of media and video, Alisha is responsible for the church technology, graphic design, print, advertising and local community outreach projects. Alisha utilizes the latest technologies to enable GWC to accomplish its vision of reaching beyond the walls of our physical church and out into the world. Alisha has an adult son, Clayton and a junior in high school, Dylan.

Eric Ebbinghaus
Director of Student Ministries
Pastor Eric has been in full time youth ministry for all of his adult life, though he’s still getting used to being considered an “adult,” and is approaching what he would call "The Golden Years" of youth work as he rockets headlong into his second decade of working with teens. A passionate advocate of the gospel, Eric loves, loves, loves to preach to audiences of any and all sizes conveying God’s word in practical, funny, exciting and easy to digest methods of communication. A 2002 Graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, Eric has served as the youth pastor for First Wesleyan Church in Bartlesville, OK and the Warrenton Wesleyan Church before joining the staff of GWC as the Director of Student Ministries in November of 2009. Eric is joined in Greeley by Brandi, his lovely (and patient!) wife (married 9/03) and his two brilliant, beautiful and bodacious daughters Ruthi (6/15/2006) and Eva (4/11/2011).
